This Privacy Policy explains what the Goal Pilot AI app collects, how it's used, and the controls you have over your data.

We collect information to provide a better, more personalized productivity experience. The types of data we collect depend on how you interact with our app.

  • Productivity Data: Your custom goals, milestones, tasks, habits, schedules, routines, and any text inputs or context you provide to structure your planning.
  • Customer Communications: Feedback, support tickets, and correspondence you send to our team.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with the Service, certain diagnostics and identifiers are automatically processed by our built-in SDKs:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system type/version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
  • Usage Statistics & Performance Diagnostics: Core interactions within the app, screen views, crash reports, and technical performance metrics (processed via Firebase and Google Analytics).
  • Network & Location Data: IP address and time zone information, used solely to synchronize reminders and tasks to your local time.

C. Subscription & Payment Information

All financial transactions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by the respective app market platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Billing). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data strictly for the following operational and legal purposes:

  • To provision, run, and continuously optimize the core functionality of Goal Pilot AI.
  • To generate personalized, AI-driven daily task breakdowns, goal suggestions, and automated advice.
  • To track and visualize your long-term progress metrics, routines, and productivity habits.
  • To provide immediate customer support and resolve technical crashes.
  • To prevent application abuse, verify authentication, and ensure a secure environment.
  • To manage and validate premium subscription states.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Features & Data Protection

Goal Pilot AI leverages advanced AI models (via secure API integrations with providers such as DeepSeek or other leading LLM providers) to process text inputs and build automated schedules or action plans. Our AI data handling relies on strict technical safeguards:

  • Dedicated Purpose: Text inputs, goal descriptions, and tasks are transmitted to third party AI processors solely to generate the requested output in real-time.
  • No LLM Model Training: We use enterprise-grade developer APIs. Your personal goals, private information, and inputs are never used by our third party AI providers to train, adjust, or improve their language models.
  • Human Control & Opt-Out: You maintain total control over your data. If you choose not to use AI features, no productivity data is transmitted to third party AI servers.
  • No User Profiling: We explicitly forbid the use of your personal goal context or private productivity data to build targeting profiles for external advertisers.

4. Analytics, Performance & Diagnostics

To guarantee application stability and discover feature bottlenecks, we integrate trusted third party developer tools:

  • Firebase Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)
  • Google Analytics

These platforms collect pseudonymized data regarding app performance and crashes in compliance with their own privacy frameworks.

5. Mobile Advertising Disclosures

If advertising is active within the free tier of the application, we partner with third party advertising networks to serve contextual or tailored ads, including:

  • Google AdMob
  • Meta Audience Network

These networks may request access to your device's native mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or AAID on Android) to deliver and measure ads. You can opt out or restrict this tracking at any time via your device settings — "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Firebase powered infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement role-based access controls, regular security audits, and strict data handling procedures to protect your information.

While we deploy rigorous safeguards, no database or internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill the operational services detailed in this policy. In compliance with Apple and Google developer rules, you have the absolute right to delete your account and all historical data at any time.

  • In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently wipe your account and all associated data.
  • Web Deletion Portal: If you have already uninstalled the app, submit a deletion request at ropixo.com/#contact.

Upon processing a deletion request, all personal account profiles, database records, and active sync metrics will be completely purged or fully anonymized within a reasonable administrative window, unless retention is explicitly required by local laws.

8. No Sale of Information & Controlled Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared with outside companies only under these precise criteria:

  • Approved Sub-processors: Cloud hosting providers, authentication managers, and AI API vendors operating under strict non-disclosure and security guidelines.
  • Legal Enforcement: If mandated by law, subpoena, or a government regulator to protect public safety or comply with judicial proceedings.
  • Asset Transitions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, provided the purchasing entity honors the identical privacy protections described here.

9. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the app automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless auto-renew is manually disabled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can inspect, modify, or cancel your active subscription at any time inside your Apple ID Subscription Settings or Google Play Subscription Settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Goal Pilot AI is intended for general audiences and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover a child under 13 has inadvertently created an account, we will systematically delete the data from our databases immediately.

11. Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your legal jurisdiction — such as the European Union under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA — you may hold enhanced rights over your personal data. These rights include:

  • Requesting full access to your stored personal data.
  • Correcting inaccuracies in your data.
  • Requesting data portability.
  • Restricting specific processing layers.
  • Executing complete data deletion.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy as store expectations and privacy laws evolve. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted implies full acceptance of the modified terms.
